Aisha Furniture was founded in 2017 by Aisha Hamdan, an architect and designer based in Jordan.  

           Aisha is interested in creating spaces and furniture pieces that offer correlation and induce a thought-provoking and mindful experience. Her designs are characterized by fusing simplicity and creativity with a focus on form and function in an artistic way. Along with embracing the idea of contrast, thus paying more attention to the immaterialized parts as voids and shadows that are commonly disregarded.

                 One major aspect that she explores in her designs is the relation between the voids in each piece and the shadows casted. She believes that shadows are intangible and elusive but provoke imagination and inspire, driving her to create more voids in her designs which consequently cast more shadows.
